Somewhere in outer space is the last article that I last wrote. So I will do a "catch-up" and try to make it brief.

In June, July and August we take a break from cooking and go out to lunch in July. This year we went to Po Folks where we were joined by Lynn d'Albertis, Princess Royal of the Daughters of the Nile. It is always a pleasure to have her with us.

In August the Divan Ladies hosted a brunch for us. Such a spread!!! They created many special dishes which we all enjoyed. The members of the Divan were our waiters and did a very professional job. We than you so much for a memorable morning.

We celebrated our nineteenth anniversary in October. My how time flies. I think I am the only active charter member. We were really blessed to have Past Potentate Ronnie and Lady Millie as our special guests. Thanks to their efforts, we "exist". It was so wonderful to have them with us for this special occasion.

At the November Friday night dinner, we presented Potentate Archie with a donation to the Transportation Fund. This is a yearly event for us and one we are glad we can participate in - we want to do what we can for the children.

Today was the Christmas party for the children and some of us were able to attend. It is always something very special to see these wonderful children who are being helped by the Shriners. They are to be commended for their aid.

The New Year will be here when you see this. We hope everyone had a Very Merry Christmas and will enjoy a Happy and Prosperous New Year.
